MASTER PLANT DIETA
Master plant dieta is a deep immersion into the healing intelligence of the Amazonian plant spirits, guided through ayahuasca ceremony, a selected Master Plant, strict diet, introspection and conscious integration.
The work invites a direct relationship with the plants, allowing their teachings to unfold beyond the ceremonial space and into daily awareness. The healing does not happen only in ceremony, but through time, stillness, and presence with the plants. This is a process of communion and listening, guided by the intelligence of the plants.
THE MASTER PLANTS
Ajo Sacha (Mansoa alliacea)
Ajo Sacha is a powerful plant of cleansing and protection. Known for its strong garlic taste, it works deeply on purification, clearing the energetic body from heavy energies, stagnation, and external influences that cloud perception.

On a physical level, Ajo Sacha supports detoxification, circulation, the musculoskeletal system, and the nervous system. Energetically, it brings clarity and direction, helping restore inner order and coherence when there has been confusion, overload, or energetic intrusion. Its medicine is grounding and strengthening, supporting clear boundaries and rooted presence.

Ajo Sacha is especially supportive for purifying the nervous system, helping release chronic tension, fear, and stress held in the body. Through this clearing, a clearer sense of purpose and alignment with one’s path can emerge.

In ceremony, the spirit of Ajo Sacha is recognized as a powerful ally for protection. It helps create a strong energetic container, supporting safe navigation of deep ceremonial spaces and reinforcing connection to inner strength and discernment.

Its teachings are direct, stabilizing, and protective, offering support for those ready to clear what no longer serves and walk forward with clarity.
Bobinsana (Calliandra angustifolia)
Bobinsana carries a strong feminine and watery essence. She works through the emotional body, gently opening what has been held, softened, or silenced. On a physical level, she supports the nervous system, circulation, joints, and immune function, while energetically guiding deep emotional release and restoration.

Bobinsana is especially supportive for work with the inner child, helping reconcile heartbreak, early emotional wounds, and patterns of self-protection formed through relational pain. Her medicine brings tenderness to places that have learned to close, allowing feeling to return without overwhelm.
She is also deeply connected to creativity and the sacral center. Bobinsana awakens the creative life force, supporting artistic expression, sensual flow, and emotional fluidity. Many who diet Bobinsana experience an opening of the voice, a natural return to singing, and a renewed connection with their own creative expression. Through her, sound becomes a channel for healing.

In the shamanic tradition, Bobinsana is often perceived in the form of a mermaid, the sirenita de los ríos, recognized as the princess of the rivers. She teaches through water, dreams, melody, and emotion, guiding the dieter into a more intimate relationship with feeling, beauty, and creative flow.
Her teachings unfold gently and progressively, asking for receptivity, patience, and presence as her medicine integrates over time.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Ayahuasca Ceremonies
The dieta includes three ayahuasca ceremonies, each guided in direct connection with the master plant being dieted. Ayahuasca serves as a teacher and amplifier, supporting deeper access to the plant’s intelligence and the unfolding of its teachings.

A central element of each ceremony is the use of ícaros, the sacred chants offered in direct communication with the plant spirits. Ícaros guide the ceremonial space, calling in the medicine, opening pathways of healing, and supporting protection, cleansing, and integration. Through sound and vibration, the plants are invited to work more precisely within the body, emotions, and energetic field.

Each ceremony is held with clear intention and respect for the medicine lineages such as Shipibo and Ashaninka. Sound healing, including live instruments and a Gong Bath is woven into the ceremonial space to support nervous system regulation, energetic clearing, and the embodiment of the work carried by the plants.

Kambo Cleanse
One Kambo cleanse is included to support physical detoxification, immune activation, and energetic clearing. This process helps prepare the body and energetic field to receive the dieta more clearly and supports clarity throughout the work.

Integration & Evolutionary Astrology
Integration support is woven throughout the process. Evolutionary Astrology is included as a grounded and orienting tool to help contextualize ceremonial experiences, emotional material, and inner visions within the broader journey of the soul.
This approach views the birth chart as a map of evolutionary intentions, past-life imprints, and themes carried into this lifetime for healing and integration. Through this lens, insights emerging during the dieta can be understood as part of a larger soul process rather than isolated experiences.

Each participant receives a personal Evolutionary Astrology reading as part of the program. This session supports clarity, orientation, and long-term integration by connecting plant teachings with karmic patterns, life cycles, and the unfolding of one’s purpose.

Astrology is used as a language of meaning and integration, supporting embodiment and conscious choice, rather than prediction.

Meals during the Dieta
Meals are not prepared or served as part of the retreat.
This is intentional. The Dieta is a time of simplicity, isolation, and deep listening. Food is kept very basic and requires minimal preparation, so that attention can remain on rest, introspection, and the relationship with the plant, rather than on meals.
Participants will have more space to slow down, rest, and stay inward. Cooking becomes a simple, quiet act rather than a focal point of the experience.
Participants are asked to prepare their own meals in a simple way, following the dietary guidelines shared.
Food is not the central focus of this retreat. The primary focus is the Dieta itself and the time spent in silence, rest, and connection with the plant.

Isolation and Plant Communion
Most of the dieta time is spent in intentional isolation. This is a central element of the work. Solitude creates the conditions for the plant’s teachings to emerge without interference, supporting emotional processing, dream work, bodily awareness, and subtle perception. Time alone allows the relationship with the plant to deepen and the healing to integrate naturally.
